1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Keepsie mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Keepsie provides a mobile application for parents to:

• Store and organize photos and artwork of their children
• Share memories with family members
• Back up content to cloud storage (Premium tier)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Keepsie. By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 One Account Per User

• Each person must create their own account
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited

5. User Content

5.1 Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership.

5.2 License to Us

You grant Keepsie a limited license to:

• Store, display, and transmit your User Content
• Enable family sharing features
• Provide the service

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Purchase

• Premium is a one-time, non-refundable purchase
• Payment processed through Apple App Store
• Subject to Apple's terms and conditions

6.2 Refunds

• Refund requests handled by Apple App Store
• Contact Apple within 30 days of purchase
• We do not process refunds directly

7. Termination

7.1 By You

• Delete your account anytime via Settings
• All data will be permanently deleted within 90 days

7.2 Effect of Termination

• Your license to use the App ends
• We may delete your data (except as required by law)
• Premium purchases are non-refundable
