How do I add my first child?

1. Tap the "+" button on the Home screen
2. Enter your child's name and birthdate
3. Add a profile photo (optional)
4. Tap "Save"

How do I scan artwork?

1. Tap "Add Memory"
2. Choose "Scan Artwork"
3. Point camera at drawing/painting
4. App automatically detects edges
5. Add title and caption
6. Save!

How do I invite family?

1. Go to Family tab
2. Tap "Invite Family"
3. Enter their name
4. Choose permission level (Owner, Co-Parent, Viewer)
5. Share the invite code

What can each role do?

• • Owner: Full control (only you)
• • Co-Parent: Can add/edit everything
• • Viewer: View-only access

How do I upgrade to Premium?

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap "Upgrade to Premium"
3. Review features
4. Purchase via App Store ($29.99)

Is it really no subscription?

Yes! $29.99 one-time payment. No recurring charges. Premium is yours forever.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days. Contact Apple App Store support for refunds.

My photos aren't syncing

1. Check internet connection
2. Settings → Cloud Sync → ensure it's ON
3. Check storage space (Settings → Storage)
4. Try force-closing and reopening the app

App is crashing

1. Update to latest version (App Store)
2. Restart your device
3. If issue persists, email us device model + iOS version

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account
